SMS Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to ArkFlo's text-messaging program. By opting in, you agree to them.
This text-messaging program is operated by ArkFlo LLC ("ArkFlo," "we," "us," or "our"), a Florida limited liability company.
1. Program description
When you opt in, ArkFlo may send you recurring text messages related to your Bottleneck Diagnostic results, appointment scheduling and reminders, account and customer-service messages, and occasional informational or promotional offers about ArkFlo's services.
2. How to opt in
You can opt in by providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our forms, by texting us, or by otherwise giving us express written consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.️ We only message numbers that have opted in.
3. How to opt out
You can cancel at any time. Simply text STOP to the number you receive messages from. After you send STOP, we will send you one final message to confirm you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive messages from that program. If you want to rejoin, just opt in again the way you did the first time.

5. Message frequency
Message frequency varies depending on how you interact with us — for example, in response to your Diagnostic, around scheduled calls, and as part of any nurture sequence you've opted into.
6. Costs — message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
7. Carrier liability
Carriers (including, but not limited to, T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who provide support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All of the above categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

9. Changes and compliance
We may update these SMS Terms at any time; the current version is always posted on this page. We operate this program in line with applicable industry standards and law, including the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms and our Terms of Service.
