Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information ArkFlo collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We keep it plain.
ArkFlo ("ArkFlo," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by ArkFlo LLC, a Florida limited liability company. This policy applies to arkflo.io, our Bottleneck Diagnostic at diagnostic.arkflo.io, and any related pages, forms, emails, and text messages we operate (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details — your name, email address, and (optionally) your phone number when you complete the Bottleneck Diagnostic, book a call, or contact us.
- Business information — the answers you provide in the Diagnostic (for example, revenue range, team size, your role, where your business is bottlenecked, and a short description of your business). This is business information you choose to share so we can generate your scorecard.
- Communications — messages, emails, and texts you send us, and notes from any calls or meetings.
Information we collect automatically
- Usage and device data — pages viewed, links clicked, referring URLs, approximate location, browser and device type, and similar analytics data, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).
2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Generate and deliver your Bottleneck Diagnostic scorecard and results;
- Respond to you, schedule and conduct calls, and follow up about next steps;
- Send you informational and marketing emails and — only if you opt in — text messages (see Section 5);
- Operate, secure, measure, and improve the Services;
- Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service.
3. How your Diagnostic is generated (AI processing)
To produce your scorecard narrative, the answers you submit in the Diagnostic are sent to Anthropic, PBC (the maker of Claude) through its commercial API, acting as our service provider. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, your inputs are processed solely to return your result, are not used to train AI models, and are not retained by Anthropic beyond what is needed to deliver the response and comply with law. We do not send Anthropic more than the Diagnostic answers and the context needed to generate your report.
4. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described here:
- Service providers that operate the Services on our behalf, under contract, including: Cal.com (scheduling and booking), Twilio (text messaging), Google (email, data storage, and Google Analytics), n8n (workflow automation), Anthropic (AI processing, see Section 3), and Vercel (hosting and analytics).
- Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ArkFlo, our clients, or others.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
5. Mobile information and text messaging
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who provide support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All of the above categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
If you opt in to receive text messages from ArkFlo, message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Your consent to receive texts is never a condition of purchasing anything. See our SMS Terms & Conditions for full details.
6. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site and understand how it's used. Specifically:
- Google Analytics 4 — measures traffic and how visitors move through the site. You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- Vercel Analytics & Speed Insights — measures performance and aggregate traffic patterns.
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal; where required by law, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals.
7. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, follow up with you, meet our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When it's no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see Section 9).
8. How we protect your information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
9. Your choices and rights
You may, at any time:
- Access or correct the information you've given us;
- Request deletion of your personal information;
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email;
- Opt out of texts by replying STOP.
To make any of these requests, email hello@arkflo.io. We will respond as required by applicable law.
California residents
If you are a California resident, California law (including CalOPPA and, where applicable, the CCPA/CPRA) gives you certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to know what we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell your personal information. To exercise any right, contact us at hello@arkflo.io. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
10. Children's privacy
The Services are intended for business owners and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Where we operate
ArkFlo is based in the United States and the Services are intended for users in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local law, and you understand your information will be processed in the United States.
12. Third-party links
The Services may link to sites and tools we don't control. Their privacy practices are their own; review their policies.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above, and material changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Services means you accept the updated policy.
